These Terms govern your use of Allso. Please read them carefully. If anything here is unclear, write to us at hi@allso.ai.
Section 01Acceptance of Terms
By using Allso, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Section 02Description of Service
Allso provides a platform that aggregates and manages communications across multiple services. We may modify or improve the service at any time.
Section 03Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Allso.
Section 04User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
Section 05Connected Services
Allso allows you to connect third-party services (for example, via Meta Platforms). You:
- Authorize us to access data from those services
- Are responsible for complying with their terms
Section 06Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Allso for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
- Abuse integrations or APIs
Section 07Data & Content
You retain ownership of your content. By using Allso, you grant us permission to:
- Process and display your data
- Operate the service
Section 08Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these terms
- Required by law
You may stop using the service at any time.
Section 09Disclaimers
Allso is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
Section 10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allso is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss or service interruptions
In no event shall Allso Tech, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Section 11Subscriptions and Billing
allso offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, allso premium ($10.00/month). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices may change; we'll notify you in advance and renewal at the new price requires your consent where the law demands it.
Section 12Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updates.
Section 13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
